Manuscript Categories

We accept the following types of manuscripts:

Preparation of Manuscripts

Formatting

Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word or LaTeX, using a clear, readable font of at least 11 points.
Ensure your manuscript is double-spaced and includes consecutive line numbering.

Structure

Your manuscript should follow this structure:

Title: Concise and informative.
Abstract: A summary of 200 to 250 words, outlining the main findings and significance of the work.
Keywords: 5 to 7 keywords representing the article’s primary themes.
Introduction: Background and objectives of the study.
Materials and Methods: Detailed enough to allow replication of the study.
Results: Presentation of data with appropriate tables and figures.
Discussion: Interpretation of the results and their implications.
Conclusions: Summary of findings and potential future directions.
References: Formatted according to the GSI Journal of Data Analytics and Computational Intelligence reference style.

Figures and Tables

Place all figures and tables within the text at appropriate points, not at the end.
Each figure and table must have a descriptive caption.
Figures should be high-resolution, and tables should be concise and relevant.

References

Follow the APA (American Psychological Association) citation style.

Submission Process

Online Submission

Manuscripts must be submitted through the GSI Journal of Data Analytics and Computational Intelligence online submission system.
First-time users need to register before submitting.

Cover Letter

Include a cover letter with the submission. The cover letter should state:

The manuscript's significance.
Confirmation that it has not been previously published or under consideration elsewhere.

Peer Review

Submissions undergo a double-blind peer review, where both reviewers and authors remain anonymous to ensure impartiality.

Publication Ethics

Originality

Submissions must be entirely original and not under review by another publication concurrently.
Acknowledge all sources of data used and cite influential publications.

Plagiarism

The journal has a strict no-plagiarism policy. Manuscripts are checked for plagiarism, and any breach will result in immediate rejection.

Authorship

Post-Acceptance

After acceptance:

Authors must provide a final copy of their manuscript, including all necessary figures and tables in their final form.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

The GSI Journal of Data Analytics and Computational Intelligence is an open access journal.

Authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) upon acceptance for publication.

✅ Conflicts of interest, if any, are clearly stated in the manuscript.

Authorship

✅ All authors who made a significant contribution to the research and manuscript preparation are listed.
✅ Corresponding author contact details are provided and correct.

Cover Letter

✅ A cover letter is prepared, stating the manuscript’s significance and confirming its originality.

Article Processing Charge (APC) Acknowledgment

✅ Acknowledgment that, if the manuscript is accepted, an Article Processing Charge (APC) will be payable to cover publication costs.
